Hi all,

I have made the baguette style pizza in the Halogen Cooking Made Simple cook book , it's well worth trying its so quick & very easy to make. I will post the recipe if anyone is interested.

Hi Snapper and welcome

There are a couple of pizza recipes in the recipe A-Z but here is a link to a previous post you may find useful.

I read all of the pizza tips. Am wondering if I can't just put the pizza directly on the rack? Also, anyone get a perfect pizza without extender ring? My HO came with two racks, special tongs but no extender ring!!

Thanks,

L

Hi

You can place it on the rack but most have had trouble stopping the top from burning while the underside is uncooked.

Placing a metal tray on the base of the oven to reflect heat back up and preheating the oven can help. To be honest I think you'll struggle to get good results without an extender ring.
