This is my first vist to this forum and I have not got my oven yet but really want to make bread and wondered if you could use the plastic (are they polypropelene) bread containers that you can use in a conventional oven? Aso could you cover the bread dough with baking parchment to stop it getting a crust to soon?
I had some bread from Asda last week that was walnut and maple syrup and really want to have a go at that does anyone think that it would work in this type of oven?

Any cookware that is safe in your 'big' oven ins afe in your HO.
Check out the bread and cake recipes on the Recipe A-Z when you get time. If you type 'cake' or 'bread' into the search on the top left you can see all previous posts which should point you in the right direction.
If you can't find an answer, please ask and we'll try to help.
