My little HO is a 3.5litre one so I am sure that 200° will be too high.
Can anyone please give me advice about this?

it appears that no one has cooked this yet.
My advice is, cook them at a lower temperature between 150° to 180° may be a bit longer for the cooking time.
This is one you will need to experiment to get the perfect result
Hope this helps a bit
