what cooking tins should be used

Post  marshall on 04.03.11 16:22

I am a new HO user and would be grateful for any tips/advice for a newcomer. In particular what cooking tins should be used - tin, glass, microwave ones? The shape is so different from a conventional oven.

Thanks in anticipation

Hi Marshall,

You can use anything oven proof that would normally use in a conventional oven.
Microwave trays like those you get with ready meals are not suitable.

Silicone bakeware are ok to use

Can you use foil containers in an halogen cooker?
