Hello and Welcome to the forum Ginam

I have linked your 2 posts and moved them to the right section Smile

You are right about the trial and error. Whenever I cook something for the first time,
I use the trial and error method in my defence lol!

Well I am glad you have joined us Ginam. You know where we are if you need help.

Hello and Welcome to the forum ginam. I have foun pork best unwrapped if you like crackling, so may ways to make the perfect top it's best to experiment, if it's not quite how you like it at the end of cook time whilst meat rests you can always take the crackling off and give it a higher temp for few mins good luck Good Luck
