hi, i bought my halogen oven 2 weeks ago,been successful with jacket potatoes but when cooking a frozen pizza i get soggy bottom! any1 know where im going wrong.

Hi everyone,

I saw on another forum a good tip for baking pizza chips etc,
It's called a pizza mesh it's reusable non-stick mesh which gives all round crispness to your pizza.
It states on packaging
Allows air to circulate when cooking for perfect pizzas every time
Sits directly on the oven shelf
Gives stability to your pizza when putting in & out of the oven
Withstands temperatures unto 260c/500f
Just wipe clean, wash in warm soapy water or put in the dishwasher
Also freezer proof
You can cook your meat, roast spuds, sausage rolls etc
They also do a one called quickachip tray.
I have just received mine today so will try it out soon
It had very good reviews by other halogen users.
Hopefully no more soggy bottoms on your food.
